Graduated, the top of the class from Sunderland University, with a BSc in Applied Business Computing. She has a Software Development diploma from the Information Technology Institute (ITI). Rana worked in Product development, starting from setting the product vision, goals, and strategy, product discovery and product development, backlog grooming as well as product validation, and gathering user feedback, using both user interviews as well as analytics.
