SEC 07 the studio
Founders Mohamed and Mostafa started Rubikal to fix what they kept seeing in remote teams: no trust, no consistency, no craft. Ten years later the answer hasn't changed — senior people, rigorous vetting. What changed is the speed: AI now runs through every part of the work.

SEC 08 common questions
Two models. End-to-end development is scoped per milestone — transparent rates, SLAs, and timelines agreed before we start. Team augmentation is a flat monthly rate per full-time engineer, billed Net-20 through our UAE-registered entity, standard 30-day exit, no minimum team size. A 30-minute call gets you a concrete quote.
A prototype sprint can start the following Monday — brief on day one, working prototype by day five. For augmentation, we typically present a vetted shortlist within days and have engineers committing code inside two weeks.
AI runs through research, design, code, and QA — it's how a prototype lands in days instead of weeks and why we price the way we do. But AI doesn't own anything; senior engineers own every architecture decision and every line that ships. Every file on our work page was built this way. Speed is the tool, judgment is the product.
You do — 100% of code, designs, and IP, no exceptions. NDAs are signed before day one, engineers work on managed and secured devices, and our data-protection stack is part of every engagement, not an add-on.
Dubai and Alexandria overlap the full GCC and European working day, and the US East Coast morning. Every pod adapts fully to your hours — full alignment is a policy, not a promise.
We replace within 10–15 days, and monthly health checks on every engagement mean issues surface early. Rubikal is a long-term partner, not a marketplace — the incentive is the relationship, not the placement.
