Service / 03 · Scale & enterprise

Modernize, integrate, scale —
with the governance already in the room.

At a certain size the hard part stops being the code. It is the integrations nobody documented, the review board, the privacy agreement, and the fact that the platform cannot go down while you change it. We have delivered inside all of that — including a national government platform and a vendor relationship governed by a dedicated data-processing agreement.

Velocity a review board can actually accept.

Legacy modernization, integrations and platform scale — with DPA/GDPR, SSO and audit in the same conversation.

Velocity that an enterprise can actually accept: the release cadence on the left is only worth anything if the panel in the middle is green at the same time.

Engagement shapes

Three ways this is usually bought

Pod
A standing cross-functional squad on your roadmap and your cadence, growing and shrinking with it.
Managed
We run the engineering organization — disciplines, management and QA — against your product strategy.
Framework
A framework agreement your procurement team signs once, with statements of work drawn against it.

What we modernize

The problems that keep arriving

  • Rails and React platforms that outgrew the decisions made in year one.
  • Government and regulated platforms that need bilingual delivery, including full right-to-left.
  • Data pipelines and reporting that were bolted on and now block every other decision.
  • Enterprise sign-on, audit trails and the reporting your compliance team asks for by name.

Where this has already run.

Client-scale figures are the clients’ own public figures, shown as client context — never as Rubikal outcomes.

Before you ask

The questions that decide it.

Can you work inside our procurement and security process?

It is where a lot of this work already lives. We have delivered under a dedicated data-processing agreement with a European marketplace, inside a Swiss digital-banking framework agreement, and as a subcontracted build partner for a Saudi government authority.

Do you replace our team or work alongside it?

Both patterns are normal. A dedicated pod sits beside your engineers on your roadmap; a managed organization means we run the disciplines, the management layer and QA. The choice is usually about how much of the org chart you want to own.

How do you avoid a big-bang rewrite?

By not doing one. Modernization runs as increments behind the existing surface, with the release cadence and the governance checklist green at the same time. If a strangler path is not possible, we will say so before you commit.
